Ranked 3rd in the Creativepool Top 25 influential and inspiring Executive Creative Directors- I started my creative career in the music industry, being signed to Manchester’s legendary “Factory Records” with my Band the Space Monkeys. After this, I worked as a graphic designer, before pursuing a career in Broadcast Marketing, creating award winning advertising campaigns and branding at the BBC, UKTV and ITV, for iconic TV brands such as Doctor Who and Downton Abbey. I've also worked on brand partnerships, direct to consumer and branded content with clients that include M&S, Facebook, BT and Sony Pictures. Recently I launched the SVOD service BritBox in the UK and currently I’m creative lead on the launch and branding for new AVOD service ITVX.
I’ve won every award this game gives and through it learnt that the real gold comes from the work and the fun you have with it. I’ve talked creativity to packed houses across Europe and bored a lot of people at parties with it too. I’ve a head packed full of ideas and experience but I've never stopped learning.
I’m currently Executive Creative Director of ITV’s in-house advertising agency ITV Creative where I write and produce multi-platform, integrated campaigns for the business, lead and inspire the creative team and the brand and design team with a headcount of 30+.
I'm an artist, a writer, a designer and a musician- I like to make things
As a writer, my first play "The Button" was produced and performed in 2019 as part of the Supernova 8 single act play festival. Then in 2021, my short play "Bananas" was performed at the Questors Theatre, Ealing and the full length play "The Members" was performed by the same company via Zoom in lockdown. "Monster In The Box" was performed by the script room in Richmond this year and "The Button" was one of the winning plays this year in the Subtext at The Earl of Derby competition.
